Any luck with a Dell Inspiron 7579?

Hi I have a Dell 2 in 1 laptop with the following specs:

1080 15.6 inch touch screen i7-7500U 12GB DDR4 RAM 512GB SSD Intel HD 620 Graphics

Just curious if anyone has attempted installing macos on this laptop.
