First hackintosh

I want to dual boot Windows 10 and macOS Sierra. I've got a 250 GB SSD and a 1TB HDD. This is what disk management looks like. Windows is installed on the SSD and I want to partition 100-150 GB from the HDD and install macOS on it.

I know I need to resize the EFI partition to 200(?)MB, but I don't know how to proceed afterwards. From what I gather it's not really recommended to install macOS second when dual booting, so is this possible? If yes a link to a detailed tutorial would be appreciated since I can't find any for this situation.
