Trying to dual boot Windows 10 and High Sierra on to single SSD. Windows did not work on first try and now I have 50gb of space not showing on SSD

I was able to get High Sierra working great on my pc. I installed it on my Samsung 850 EVO SSD and it ran just how I needed i to. I wanted to dual Windows 10 so I created a 50gb partition on my SSD for it. I went to install and reached an error, which was expected for the first effort. However, now, I have lost that 50gb of space on my ssd. It doesnt show up when I go to partition. It does not even show up when I do "diskutil list". I also tried to boot into Recovery, but it would not load for some reason.Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?
