Unable to reboot

So I managed to install OS X High Sierra on my PC but now after installing it I can’t click restart without it freezing. Although if I click shut down it manages to turn off. I’m not sure if it’s because I can’t install clover or not but I need help. Flags tried USBBuxFix=Yes, nvda_drv=1 Specs: CPU - AMD FX8320E Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 GPU - NVIDIA GTX1060 6GB 1TB of storage Ram - 16GB HyperX

Also I am unable to select my graphics card. When I start my computer it switches to the integrated one.
