Cheapest GPU for Dual monitors on High Sierra

Hey there !

Can anyone tell me what is the cheapest GPU (new, old, used, doesn't really matter) that will support dual monitors on High Sierra, ideally OOB or with very little effort:

• Dell U2414H (has DP and HDMI)

• HP 2009v (has VGA and an adapter VGA to HDMI)

The PC is running an i5 6600k and Asus Z-170 A. I need it simply to run Dual Monitors for work (maybe a little Dota 2, not really important).
