End Random Seed, Stuck at plus signs?

Hi everyone, this is my first attempt at a hackintosh so apologies if i need things explained a ton.

I'm trying to shoot my first attempt at putting together a hackintosh although things haven't been smooth so far. Iwas able to put together a bootable USB following the guide on this subreddit. After the first boot, it only showed the windows 7 installation currently on said PC. After reading around i decided to use the install High Sierra app and let it install to an external Toshiba 3.0 hard drive (it should be noted that while the external is usb 3.0, the PC it is going on does not have usb 3.0 capabilities). After selecting the install OS X option via clover, i was greeted with the apple logo and stuck there. After attempting to restart into verbose mode, i get stuck at a line of plus signs, as shown below:

After taking to google i am not able to find any solution to this problem and would be very pleased to get someone that better understands this to assist. Very many thanks in advance.
