Error to Disk erase and new partition creation

My pc is: MSI b350m mortar ryzen1400 rx 560 4gb oc ram aegis 2800 1x8gb display full hd philips,i don't rember the name

Today i'm having problem to erase a partition or to erase all the disk.

Yesterday i created an unallocated space (150GB) on my internal hdd 3.5' + the rest part of the disk formatted on NTFS, i do this work using gparted on Ubuntu.

Unfortunatly today when i try to write on unallocated space this error appeared to me:

after i open windows and i tranfer the data from NTFS partition on 3.5' hard disk to a different position, so i removed all partition and i create a single NTFS space.

I boot again mac os to install but show me the same error from above.

How can do ? i know who it is AMD cpu but maybe this problem does not depend on the fact that the cpu is amd
