Should I forego buying a dedicated GPU to make way for a better processor?

I'm torn between buying just the i7-8700 and i5-8400 w/ RX560.

It'll primarily be a hackintosh build to replace my rotten base model Late 2013 rMBP 13". I do minimal Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator work. No gaming and no video rendering involved.
