Macos High Sierra Zone installer failed and can't boot into Windows

Error Boot0ss when booting Windows is all I'm getting, the installer doesn't detect any other drive, but it still detects the Win Drive As all drives can't be formatted and the partition I left for OSX is gone, I can't install OSX (I don't have any hard drive or anything available)

The bios shows a partition called Mac OS X, but it doesn't boot either

Booting the installer in legacy told me that I'm missing bootmgr

Any hint appreciated :)
