After finally setting my install to use nvidia properly, i screwed up by setting the monitor to 144hz

So, i'm kinda confident i can reinstall the system quite swiftly, the issue is I don't have the flash drive anymore, and i'd rather just clear the nvidia config somehow

Made the monitor run at 144hz, screen went black, waited a while but it didn't revert, already uninstalled, rebooted, installed driver, still black screen on boot when using the nvidia web driver

Anyone have any idea how to fix this? Thanks in advance
