HP Elite 8000 help...

Hi guys.

I'm running a HP Elite 8000 Core 2 Quad Q9650 with a 256GB SSD, GT610 graphics card and a measly 2GBs of RAM (plans to upgrade this in the future).

What would I need to do to this to get it running Sierra, High Sierra or Mojave? Currently have Yosemite running well, but need MacOS instead of OSX to be able to run Sketch. I get an issue where it tries to boot from Clover installer, but whilst it's installing from USB it loses the USB (from what I read, it's something about how they changed how the USB bus is handled in MacOS? I can't figure out a way around this).

I need to test it but I may have a GTX560ti sitting around that might work in this maching, depending on whether the PSU can hack it, so if having this instead of the 610 is better, then I can try this.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, even just to link me to a site where I can do some more reading on fixing USB issues on MacOS during install.
