I want to build my Hackintosh without Wifi/Bluetooth and then add Wifi/BT later. Will i run into hurdles?

All of my parts have arrived and i'm eager to build, however my Wifi/BT card+adapter wont arrive for another 2-3 weeks. Should i wait for it? Will i run into problems without Wifi/BT? Is it recommend to have Wifi/BT compatibility when installing/setting up your Hackintosh OS? Cheers
