Looking for critiques of my build (8700K + Vega 64)

Note: This build will be used for video editing with Adobe Premier (personal travel videos in 1440p) and sometimes gaming (1440p + Ultra + 60fps). Any help reccomending something else or an addition/subtraction to this list would be very much appreciated.
I also already have a mouse and monitor I plan to carry over.
