Will i be able to install high sierra on acer aspire es 17 lapotop .

I recently was gifted a laptop, an acer aspire es 17 laptop

I have allready made an high sierra boot drive using the dmg with transmac.

do i need any additional files so audio and wifi and etc.. will work ?

will i actually be able to install it ?

Sorry for asking, the tonymac guide isn't so clear for me and has the steps with a mac, wich i dont' have ?

do i need additional kexts and other stuff ?
