Trying to Hackintosh a Dell 7577, stuck at Prohibited Sign on setup boot.

I'm trying to install Mojave 10.14.1 on my 7577 from a USB2 16GB pendrive, but it gives me a Prohibited Sign on boot. I've read it's some kind of USB problem, but I only have USB3 ports, no USB2.

I tried all my USB ports.

I didn't find any settings in BIOS for USB ports to set it Legacy.

Fastboot is Disabled.

I have USBInjectAll.kext in /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/
I have PMHeart's patch in my config.plist.
