After 2 sleepless nights....no progress :(

Hi, I'm trying to do a Mojave Hackintosh on a 9900k Phantom Gaming ITX Z390 board and am running into some major issues.

I've got a vanilla install of Mojave 14.5.02 and am using a completely empty Samsung EVO 970 NvME 1tb drive.

I've implemented the BIOS > 1.2 fix with Clover Configurator and got some patch files from this post (https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/success-asrock-z390-phantom-gaming-itx-tb3-igpu-mojave-sff-build.277418/).

I'm using IGPU, and have matched my BIOS settings to the above article's recommendations.

Full EFI partition on github here: https://github.com/datalooper/hackintoshz390

I can get into the first stage of the installation, but it always stops with about 2 minutes remaining and gives me the error:

osinstallersetupd: disk26s1 is not convertible to APFS: You may not install to this volume because it can not be converted to Apple File System ... osishelperd: Tried to remove quarantine bit for /Volumes/OS X Base System 1 opendirectoryd: [default] Failed to open file <private> [2: No such file or directory]

After a restart, the partition for the 2nd stage of installation shows up, but it freezes (13 minutes remaining) as soon as the GUI shows up.

I've tried every OsxAptioFix type (1,2, 2-2000, 3) and that doesn't fix it. (tried both a fresh install and continuing with stage 2). I've also enabled XMP profile for my memory (32gb DDR5) and triple checked my BIOS settings.

What am I missing???
