Do I need to make a custom DSDT? USB Map? Looking for any advice additionally to make my build "golden" and as stable as possible.

Thanks in advance for anyone taking the time to look.

I am going to post a PCPartPicker list, but before doing so, wanted to point out that my primary conflict at this point is between two Mini-ITX motherboards, with priorities being both overall total quality, but also full compatibility out of the box and features (as many native MacOS features as possible) working.

The motherboards (which I have one of each, will be using whichever one I don't use in a Mini-ITX Windows HTPC build I am helping a friend with):

Choice 1: Asus ROG STRIX Z370-I GAMING LGA1151/ Intel Z370

Choice 2: GIGABYTE Z370N WIFI LGA1151/ Intel Z370/ DDR4

I am leaning slightly towards the ASUS, but am not sure how stable or OOB working it is for Mojave current version hackintosh purposes. I also plan on doing some slight/mild overclocking for the CPU, and have heard that the ASUS might be slightly better for its profiles and BIOS interface.

More so than the above, however, I am keen on having everything working as close to "real mac" as possible, so whichever I can have a good DSDT/SMBIOS/power management, etc. I would prefer.

Here is the rest of my parts list:

Additionally, I have purchased a OEM Apple wifi card from MacBook Air (BCM94360CS2), to be installed with the following adapter:

My main questions I will post in a comment below to keep this from becoming too bloated.

Again, thanks to anyone taking a look here and offering any advice!
