I just received a custom-built ThinkPad X330 with MacOS 10.14 preinstalled - and working well as far as I could tell. I changed the language settings, added a user account, and then tried to change the display resolution.
Bad idea.
Screen went black. Stayed black. I thought it would at least prompt to confirm, and go back to the previous resolution after a few seconds if there was an issue... but it didn't. I rebooted and it's still a black screen.
When I boot, I see an Apple logo for a second, then the screen goes black.
It's dual-booting Windows 10 / MacOS using Clover.
Any ideas on how to get the display working again?
TIA!
