Does Hackingtosh or a VM with Mac OS have Bluetooth? (Total noob)

Hi, noob here, I've been wanting to install Mac OS on a VM for just one purpose, to have a software that recognizes bluetooth (music related stuff), nothing else, just want to ask you guys if a VM machine will support Bluetooth just like Windows, and feel free to say how a bad idea this is.

It'll be on my laptop, just one purpose!!
