Change boot volume from remote connection?

I have a hackintosh that I built less than a year ago to replace one that I built several years ago. I often set it up so I can remote into it from somewhere else and control things. Does anyone know if it would be possible to remote into my computer (in MacOS Mojave) and open Clover Configurator and set the boot volume to my drive that I have Windows 10 on. Then reboot, wait for a while, remote back in to Windows 10, do some stuff, then somehow set the boot volume back to Mac OS, reboot, wait for a while, then remote back in to MacOS?

- It looks like there is a Clover Configurator for Windows, but it doesn't look like it has an exe or user interface?

- I there are a few items in Clover for both hard drives (like "Boot Recovery from Recovery" or "Boot Windows from Legacy HD4") that I don't want need...other than specifying the name of the hard drive what do I put in Clover so it uses the right item in its list? Can I get rid of these other items that aren't needed or used?

- is there an easier way to achieve this than all the steps I listed above?

Thanks!!!
