Hackintosh suddenly stopped working?

Hey everybody,

I build my Hackintosh back in May and it worked really good. I had absolutely no problems with iMessage, putting the Mac to sleep and even my dual monitor setup just worked fine. The experience was just great.

Then, a few weeks ago, all of a sudden my dual monitor setup stopped working. Every time I booted into macOS I got a weird green rectangle on the right screen and that was it. No apple logo, no mouse button, nothing. Not being able to find a fast solution, I proceeded to work only with my main 21:9 monitor and disconnected the other one.

And now today, I booted my Hackintosh again and get greeted by the message:

OsxAptioFixDrv: AllocateRelocBlock(): [...]: Not found

..and I am not able to boot. I did not change anything in my kexts, drivers, BIOS, etc. since I first successfully installed macOS (10.14.4) in May.

(I am however running Windows 10 on a separate SSD. I always make sure that the SSD (macOS or Win10) is not connected when the other OS is running by using a SATA Switch. When I use macOS the Windows 10 SSD is not connected and vice versa.)

I even have a backup disk with the same drivers/kexts/etc as my main one which also does not work because of the same error message.

What I tried:

- Reinstalling macOS with...
- the drivers used to install macOS in May

- Reinstalling macOS using [below] instead of OsxAptioFixDrv & EmuVariableUefi which were used in May:
- OsxAptioFixDrv2
- OsxAptioFixDrv3
- AptioMemoryFix (Booted to the installation menu but got stuck at "about two minutes remaining" -> It was suggested to use EmuVariableUefi additionally)
- AptioMemoryFix and EmuVariableUefi
- All combinations of OsxAptioFixDrv(1,2,3)/AptioMemoryFix and EmuVariableUefi

None of them worked.

My system:

- Gigabyte Z390 Designare (BIOS Version: F5)
- Intel i7-8600K
- Asus Strix OC Vega 64
- HyperX Predator RAM (2x8 GB 3600MHz)
- Samsung 860 EVO 1TB

I am grateful for any ideas and suggestions!
