Hi,
so first of all, i know my question isn't really Hackintosh related, but I wanna (at least) boot an old version of OS X (Mountain Lion or newer) on a modern MacBook Pro (2018), just for test purposes. The furthest I've got is the Bootscreen of the OS using Clover with an MacBook 9,1 SMBIOS created with Clover Configurator, but its not booting and stays on. the Bootscreen, I've tried with the -v Flag to see what's the problem but I get a black screen without any verbose text. I have a PC that already runs Hackintosh (10.13) though, but ive got curious if I can boot up an Unsupported OS X Version on my Macintosh. So its practically "Hackintoshing a real Macintosh" Theres also a video on YouTube, the guy Hackintoshed an Old Macbook to install a new Unsupported OSX on it, but I wanna do the opposite.
And before I get unnecessary answers: Yes, I know the System wouldn't work really good because of unsupported Hardware. And no, I don't wanna do that on my PC instead, because I did that already. I know it's a dumb idea, but im just curious.
