How to block HDDs (Windows partitions) from mounting. Read body for more info

I am asking how to block a HDD/SSD/RAID Drives from showing up in Mac OS X.

The main reason is because I accidentally wiped my Windows 7 Boot drive since it shows up on the desktop as "Untitled". I wiped it while trying to build a Mac OS X install USB......

The second reason is because every time I boot I get asked about my 2 RAID 0 Drives. I get asked to initialize, inquire, eject. I eject every time. I just don't wanna get asked that anymore because they hold 8TBs of important data.

So, How do I block these drives from even mounting so I don't have this BS happen again? I just now got Windows 7 installed again. Oh the joy in having to set up a fresh OS. NOTE: Im on a Ryzen system.
