Used to build hackintoshes in the days of Snow Leopard. My 27" iMac late 2011 was on its way out. After building a few gaming pc's and needing a new iMac for my everyday computer, Figured I'd jump back into it. Been craving to build an mini itx build for a while so here it goes.
I figured to add a bit of flair to my gpu, so I painted it white and made a decal for it to make it a bit more "apple-like".
Didn't want to go crazy, since I don't plan on doing any gaming on this computer, just photoshop and chrome (I've got my gaming pc for that).
Running Mojave 10.14.5
Intel i5 8500
Gigabyte RX580 8gb
Asus Strix B360-I
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16gb (2x8gb)
Coolermaster ML240L
Samsung 1tb SSD
Corsair ML120 (x2)
NZXT H500
LG 32" monitor
Install went smooth, no issues. Been using it for about a month regularly with no problems.
