Hey all,
I recently had my first successful Hackintosh build (MacOS Mojave 10.14.6) and I wanted to go through the process of updating since the supplemental 10.14.6 update doesn't seem to be causing many people issues.
Currently when I click "Update Now" my Hackintosh just restarts back into 10.14.6 without applying the update.
However, there is a new "Boot MacOS Install" option that has appeared in Clover upon restarting. This only started showing after I attempted to update. Am I supposed to select this option to start the update? I'm just a bit lost as to what to do and there doesn't seem to be much documentation.
Sidenote, I'm experiencing pretty much the exact same issues as in this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/hackintosh/comments/7jm30i/hackintosh_wont_update_to_10132_just_reboots_in/
I haven't tried enabling SIP like the comments in that post recommend and don't want to until I know that I'm initiating the update correctly.
