With Clover 5018, where should I be putting drivers?

Specs: i5-8600k, Gigabyte Z370N WiFi, 16gb Ram, Sapphire Pulse RX 580, 1.25tb Fusion Drive over 970 EVO 250GB m.2 NVME and 1Tb 860 EVO SSD

Title says it all. In the current version of clover that I'm running I see:

drivers > UEFI and BIOS

drivers64

drivers64UEFI

The reason I bring this up is that after installing 5018 (and upgrading to SMBIOS 19,1), I noticed that my iStat menu is no longer displaying the cpu temps.

In comparing my old EFI with the new one, I noticed that I no longer have FSInject-64.efi in my drivers64UEFI folder. I have a bunch of stand-ins for the older drivers in the drivers > UEFI folder, i.e. OsxAptioFix3 and VBoxHFS but honestly, I'm confused as to what goes where now. Let me know if you need me to upload anything. I'd really like some guidance.
