Dualboot Mac Os and Windows 10 (Caddy add-on)

Good day Hackintosh community,

Recently I just bought a HDD caddy which can be mounted/replaced in a DVD-ROM port in a laptop *as shown in the thumbnail below. The question is, how do I install Mac Os X with dualboot function alonside windows 10 *current os ? Do I need to delete my windows 10 as I plan to install in completely different HDD? What Mac Os is recommended for my built?

Currently I have 3 drives inside my laptop:

1. SSD 120 GB - Windows 10 OS
2. HDD 1TB - Stock HDD (storage)
3. HDD 320 GB (Caddy) - Plan to install Mac here.

My laptop specification

Asus ROG GL552W

Processor : Intel Core i7 -6700HQ @ 2.6Ghz

Graphic card : Intel built in and NVIDIA GTX 960M
