I've built a few PCs, and I've been lurking in this forum and thinking about building in the Ghost for some time. Well, here it is! My late 2013 iMac began to show it's age, so this is a hackintosh build to replace my beloved iMac. Still a lot of configuration and tuning to do, but I've got Catalina up and running and Wifi is working. NOTE: If your wifi is turning off as soon as you turn it on, be sure that you used those little washers (dielectrics) between boards. They are critical! Bluetooth is working, and I can transfer files to and from my phone, but can't connect to an apple mouse, or my keyboard. This is my current focus, getting the bluetooth working properly. If anyone has the same hardware and can shed some light on this issue, I'd appreciate it. I used the Vanilla install guide, and these two guides to get up and running (after a lot of trial and error). https://hackintosher.com/builds/gigabyte-z390-aorus-ultra-i7-9700k-vega-64-hackintosh-build-guide/ https://github.com/icymind/hackintosh Case: Louqe Ghost S1 MOBO: Gigabyte z390 I Aorus Pro Wifi CPU: i7-9700k CPU Cooler: Noctua L9x65 RAM: Corsair LPX 32GB GPU: Powercolor 5700 XT Red Dragon SSD: Samsung EVO 1TB M.2 NVME PSU: Corsair 600SF WiFi/Bluetooth: BCM94360CS2 in the rear M.2 slot using these: Module Card to NGFF(M.2) Key A/E Adapter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C7B29FM/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_rI.1DbSETCM1J Ableconn M2MN-150E M.2 Converter Board for Key E M.2 Module - Install M2 E Key Module to M Key Socket on Motherboard https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079NB8J3B/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_PH.1DbKKWGZTA UFL to SMA M.2 NGFF U.FL to RP-SMA Female MHF4 IPX4 IPEX4 Ipex Connector Pigtail WiFi Antenna Extension Cable (15cm (2 Pcs)) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RXDTC7G/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_ZG.1DbJY9TR8B More photos of the build.
