"ISO" Laptops with compatible gpu's, also some guidance please!

Introduction:

Hello! I definitely am looking forward to trying to switch back to windows after seeing how much of a rip off apple is trying to make off of people with their i9 processor limitations. (rant over)

Journey to Here:

After owning 2012 mbp for 7yrs and getting my mother's 2015 air, I was very disappointed in not being unable to see my videos shot on my Note 9. This disappointment was from thinking apple had my back as I never had a problem with their laptops. However, after upgrading my mb air to a 1tb hp 920 nvme, I quickly figured out that that apple has it's limits. Now I'm stuck with 2 apple laptops in pristine condition with a lot of money put into them now unable to watch or edit my videos shot on my Note 9.

Purpose:

After looking through this forum I wasn't able to find a list of compatible laptops with gpu's that were recognized by either VM's or boots. My main purpose is that I'm so stuck with apple and the short keys, but want the gpu power, screen specs, and updated processor in a affordable price point. I'm wanting to keep using Apple OS with the updates I need but with the better price point.
