T440p Assistance.

I'm at work, so I have to make this brief.

I'm having trouble even getting the bootable media put together to get my T440p going. I'm trying to piece things together from two different GitHub guides, but I'm pressed for time and having trouble getting it working.

My current attempts allow me to boot into Recovery, partition the target drive and then click install. I'm connected via Ethernet, but it still says I'm not connected to an internet connection.

I'm thinking that I don't have the media completely put together the way it needs to be, and before I get pissed off with it, I just want to slow down and start over.

Can someone make the bootable media as clear as possible for me? I would greatly appreciate it. I really need to get this working.
