Catalina 15.3 installation restart at 2 minutes left

Hi. While installing Catalina 15.3 restarts at 2 minutes left. After restart and successful boot from Installation partition, it restarts several times, until the screen says: "The installer resources were not found".

At the end checked the configuration file with the provided automatic checker and everything is green.

What I've tried already with the same outcome:

1. Change USB drive
2. Change USB ports
3. HFS+ formatting
4. Changing from NVMe to SSD

Machine specs:

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 3900X
• MB: Gigabyte Aorus Master 570x
• DISK:
  • Samsung NVMe 970 EVO Plus(upgraded firmware to latest)
  • Samsung SSD 860 EVO(upgraded firmware to latest)
• GPUs:
  • Redeon RX560 - selected in BIOS for default GPU
  • GTX1080ti - disabled
