System Specs: AMD Ryzen 5 2600, MSI b350 PC mate, XFX Rx480. I am attempting to boot into MacOS 10.15.3. On initial boot I am getting to the apple logo with a loading bar, the screen the proceeds to flash grey only to return to another apple logo with a new loading bar that it never completes.
