Wait for my DW1560 or start hackintoshing xps 9560 already?

I am pretty new to the hackintosh community and am super exited to dual boot my xps 9560. I ordered a DW1560 wireless card but it will only arrive in a few weeks. Is it better to wait for the card to arrive before setting up my hackintosh, or can I start already and make a small modification to make wifi, bluetooth, airdrop etc. work?
