Why hackintosh is a lot more complicated than bootcamp ?Esp. for laptops

Hi Hackintosh community,
I would like to use OS X but here in Germany macbooks are just well more expensive especially compared to US.
I am wondering though why is it a lot harder to install hackintosh than bootcamp ? What is so special about apple computer ? And what makes laptop a harder to install hackintosh machine ?
