Exchange Hackintosh for iMac or mini M1 ?

I’m using a perfectly working Hackintosh with specs 9400F/16G/512SSD/Titan 6G

But I wonder if this year , shoudl I exchange it to run real iMac Intel or for the mini M1 ?
