I’ve tried just about every framebuffer on the github list for my comet lake iGPU (i5-10210u) and all of them failed. I checked that my device ID of my Intel UHD is 0x9B41 and it doesn’t match with any of the native supported IDs according to github. It doesn’t say on github that i have to fake device-id for my comet lake chip, but is it a good idea to try it? Simple question to which I've found either outdated or contradictory answers: if I dual boot Win10 with 10.12.6 on separate SSD (UEFI) then what do I need to do to have Parallels see the Windows installation - except install Boot camp drivers? Here's the context: I am an intermediate hackintosher. I've successfully completed a ASUS UX330UAR build with all but WiFi working using Clover. However, I upgraded my laptop to a X1 Carbon Gen 7 (20U9005MUS) earlier this year, specs are i7-10510U, 16GB RAM, Intel UHD 620, M.2 2280 NVMe (KXG6AZNV1T02 TOSHIBA). Thus, I recently took on the project of hackintoshing this laptop as well :) Here's the issue: I have successfully created a bootable USB following the OpenCore guide using minimal kexts (IntelMausi, Lilu, VirtualSMC and WhateverGreen all loaded through config.plist) and patched uhd graphics so I'm ready to install MacOS, using USB keyboard and mouse. However, when I open diskutil to format my drives, I cannot mount or partition my SSD. When I take a look at the media info, my NVMe appears to be unwritable, unverifiable, unrepairable, unbootable and at max capacity. I have been trying to install MacOS Catalina on my PC for 2 days. Finally got the bootloader working but it just launches to the Apple Logo and freezes. Anyone got this to work? The laptop is an ASUS N550JX, with an Intel Core i7-4720HQ with Intel HD Graphics 4600, attempting to run macOS 11.4. I have basically every fix listed anywhere on the internet at this point, though most seem to be for people with external monitors or using desktops. I can get the OS to boot, however the laptop display gets stuck displaying the first frame of the Apple logo from when the Intel graphics driver takes over from EFI GOP rendering. If I connect an external monitor I can see that display clearly is working and hardware acceleration is working. With no monitor it's stuck displaying the Apple logo forever while the OS runs but just can't be seen, if an external monitor is connected the laptop screen goes blank after the Intel GPU driver takes over. If I check what resolutions it detects in system preferences, it detects 1920x1080 and 1280x720, but not 3840x2160 as it should, and choosing either of them still results in no display. Also mo...

Hello Hackintosh Family. I have HP Elitedesk 800 G3 Mini 35W , i have installed 10.15.7 in it all thing was great perfectly working machine for me except sleep but it was okay as I was using that machine in my work place issue started when I have updated to BigSur and i am using clover 5135 my sound stops working no output showing , although hackintool is showing audio in peripheral even voodooHDA is not helping in catalina i was using AppleALC plus id 23. Hello, I have a issue where once I boot into my USB on OpenCore my keyboard doesnt work. I have tried a USB keyboard instead of my laptops PS/2 one and it doesnt work but mashing random keys sometimes makes it boot. If it boots the OS is very laggy (animations wise, mouse movement and everything else is smooth) and the spinning animation for examining volumes doesnt even move. Touchpad does also not work. I can upload my EFI folder if needed. My laptop has a American Megatrends BIOS. I have done my config.plist according to the dortania laptop ivy bridge guide. Hey guys, I have an issue with my hackintosh which recently started to annoy me. The sleep mode isn't working correctly. Seconds after it got into deep sleep it wakes up again (you can hear this in an audio recording I attached to this post). I really want the deep sleep to work, because most of the time my pc stays while I do other things. Especially, if you watch some videos besides and this sleep/wakup cycle occurs every few minutes. I have two drives a 256gb SSD and a 1tb HDD. Windows is installed on the SSD. Both drives are GPT. I want to dual boot windows (gaming) on SAD and macOS (swift development) on HDD. Possible? Hi, i just successfully installed High Sierra on my old Core 2 Duo PC, everything is working good, unless for Audio And Ethernet. I can't seem to make the PC boot from my hard drive, even with EFI folder copied to the SSD's EFI partition (have BootInstall.command installed DuetPkg as well).
