after format BIOS can't recognize EFI drive

Hi everyone. I am hoping there is a way to solve this. I have dual boot (window and macOS) on two different drives.

To make a long story short, I had to do a clean install on my MacOS drive. The EFI folder was on the MacOS drive. After the clean install, my BIOS doesn't see the EFI drive anymore even though I put the EFI folder in there.

Is there a way to make BIOS recognize again? Thanks!
