Big Sur on HPE server, please HELP!!

Im trying to install big sur on my HPE ml30 gen9

currently im stuck on this:

[EB LOG:EXITBG:START] + date and time

would be cool if you guys could help me with this.

specs

cpu: xeon e3 1220 V6,

ram:16GB ecc,
