Is it possible to switch from Intel HD graphics to AMD in an already installed hackintosh?

Hi!, I'm planning to build another hackintosh firstly with intel HD graphics, but no dedicated graphics as right now they are really expensive.

But then I would like to upgrade when I have saved a little money to a supported AMD card, would it be possible?
