MacPro 5.1 hackintosh with Big Sur and beyond?

I have very old X5670 workstation with GT 730 (Kepler) video.

Is it possible to hackintosh an (unsupported) Big Sur there? Should I go down with opencore or this makes no sense, as Big Sur hardly works on real MacPro 5.1?
