Hello, My BIOS is latest version and there is no any heat issue. Sometimes my hackintosh shutdowns ever day few times and when it happen i cannot turn on again. (Or i have to power cable down and up) After 2-3 minutes it starts automatically and this problem causes the bios cmos reset. Any idea? I performed a clean install (and post install time machine backup) of Big Sur 11.5.2 with OpenCore on a machine I had previously running with Mojave and Clover. Everything seems to work perfectly apart from the USB3 ports which seem to not be working/detected with any USB device, but do show up in hackintool and system report. I'm trying to install Mac OS Big Sur on my pc (i7 7700k, z270 chipset, UHD 630 and gtx 970), but I'm facing a problem. I don't want to use MB HDMI output, because I need windows dual boot and needing to change the output from MB to GTX and vice-versa every single time isn't worth on my workflow (I also have a real Mac, so, I do not really need the hackintosh). Hey r/hackintosh I recently updated to BigSur from Mojave and got the Display HD 530 to work with Acceleration. But I'm unable to change the resolution to the monitor native 1440p @ 60hz, I'm only getting 1080p in the options. I've disabled SIP and patched using mac-pixel-clock-patch-V2 . So I install big sur on my HP laptop (spec below) and I need help with the battery patch. I try to use the ECenabler kext but this doesn't work (battery status stuck). With my actual EFI folder when i boot to big sur the battery status stuck and when I change to windows 10 my battery status stuck even if it's charging. And the only way I can repair this is to hard shutdown my laptop but this only works for windows Is anyone can help me to make a battery patch because I don't really understand how this works. Hi at all! I'm trying to install macOS Catalina on my PC. I have already installed macOS successfully. I can boot normally. The only thing is that I cannot manage to use my GTX 970 as passthrough and my HD530 as headless. Is this even possible? From what I read from OpenCore guide, it's possible to do so. I see my graphics adapter being the GTX 970 in macOS (but without drivers, I see low resolution and 5 MB of VRAM), so this is an error. It should be the HD530, I think. With Hackintool, I can see both my dGPU and iGPU being recognized correctly in macOS. In BIOS I have enabled IGD Multi-Monitor, with 128MB of shared memory and PEG being the main adapter, since my PC has both Windows and macOS. I dGPU is not usable as passthrough, should I disable completely all GPU except the HD530, and connect the HDMI cable from the motherboard to my monitor when using macOS? There are some alternatives? Hello I have olaria Catalina installed on my PC and I have been trying to get the iGPU (Intel UHD 630 Graphics) working for months since the graphic card I have (GTX 1050 Ti) is not supported after High Sierra and my CPU is only compatible from Catalina. I would like to know that if installing Big Sur will fix the graphic problem. Hello! I successfully updated to macOS Big Sur today from Mojave via System Preferences. Since my audio codec is unsupported, I used VoodooHDA instead back on Mojave with the prefpane extension. Hi, I have a machine that I've slowly been able to get working really well, apart from this one thing- fairly regularly a page in Safari will refuse to load with 'Safari web content quit unexpectedly' Often I can get the page to load if I keep trying, but it's getting annoying. Hi Guys, I am having Ryzen 5 3600 with Tomahawk B450 (non max) version. and i have a dual monitor setup (2k monitor and 1080p monitor). I am successful in installing High Sierra so that i will have gpu support to my Gtx 970. If i am connecting both the Monitor, i am not getting the Bios screen or OS picker screen and directly booting to Windows. if i am connected to only 2kmonitor alone, then also same directly booting to windows. If i press DEL or F11, then i can see the PC running but no video output. But if i am connected to only 1080p monitor alone, i am getting the entire sequence. Anyone else facing the issue. This is my 4th personal Hackintosh, and even the laptop was easier than this. 1st Issue, No matter what I try, versions of OC from 5.6 to 7.3, all sorts of different settings... the USB Installer will NOT show up. So... used VM to install Catalina to NVME, USB contains Big Sur currently... neither of those matter. Limiting to the Catalina install as 7.3 can see it... attempting to boot yields a very quick panic. OC log is incomplete a comparison of the screenshot and log show they stopped at different places. I have been having awful black-screen issues with my RX 580, only under Windows 10 while dual-booting. I have reinstalled multiple driver versions to no avail. I originally thought this was a power-delivery issue... but then why would it not affect macOS??? I downloaded and ran DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and did a full clean install of the latest Catalyst driver from AMD, and now Windows 10 is working perfectly !!!
