Finally got a compatible dGPU installed on an Opencore iGPU system. What now?

Because I couldn’t find a GPU I set up my system to use the iGPU exclusively (via boot-args and framebuffer patching. Now I finally got a compatible GPU installed. What do I need to change in my OC setup? Do I need to regen SSDTs, new Kexts? Are there any guides? I’m on a z490 with a N AMD GPU.
