Can't even get the installer to boot on OpenCore 0.7.5 with Big Sur 11.2.3. Errors aren't even listed in the troubleshooting guide, no idea what to do here.

According to Intel Ark my Processor is Kaby Lake-R, but according to the guide (from the sidebar) the 8xxx series should all be Coffee Lake. I chose Kaby Lake, maybe that's where I went wrong? Couldn't find anything about that anyway. After it attempts to boot my laptop just turns off. I also noticed that OpenCore won't detect the old-Clover based Catalina installation. For this I checked the troubleshooting guide about it not detecting APFS drives, but it did not help. I chose the manual way for all SSDTs as it's allegedly more reliable. No idea what to do here tbh. I did some googling, but all that came up for my errors were some really old threads not even related to OpenCore that did not help.
