MacOS install doesn't show up on hard drive

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad, with Intel Core i5-4300U using iGPU (no touchscreen), with Wifi and Ethernet working in setup.

Setup will finish but i don't see it on OpenCore boot menu even though it shows up on macOS Utilities in Disk Utility..

OC setup says to setup using APFS. I did that, and i am using Apfsdriverloader.efi and HfsPlus.efi Min and the other name (sorry i forgot it) is 0 (I tried -1 but it didn't show then either)
