Stuck at black screen while trying to install Catalina via OpenCore on Dell Inspiron 15 7559

Hardware: Laptop

CPU: Intel Core i5 6300HQ

GPU: iGPU -> Intel Graphics HD530

dGPU -> Nvidia GTX 960M

Motherboard/Laptop Model: Dell Inspiron 15 7559

So I'm trying to install Catalina on my Dell Laptop using the OpenCore guide (Skylake section and what not). I boot the system with the USB drive inserted and select the option to install macOS. It just leaves a black screen and nothing seems to happen after that. Even after waiting for a good 20-30 minutes, nothing happened. I have the log file attached for reference. Any help would be appreciated. I'm not sure what else I'm allowed to provide.
