Long story short I have a gaming laptop that I've been using for school, battery is crap. I've got a HP Elite Book G3 that in considering making a hackintosh after reading the OSX tends to have a fair bit better battery life. The plan was to use the hackintosh for classes... is this a good idea, or would I be wasting my time?
