Issue with updating OpenCore and not able to boot main drive

Hi all,

I have been running a stable system using OpenCore 0.9.1

I decided to update OpenCore before updating to the newest OS. I progressively did the updates on my USB Drive and was able to get it fully working up to OpenCore 0.9.6.

I then copied the EFI from the USB Drive to the main drive. I can still boot off the USB Drive, but I am not able to boot off the main system drive anymore. It has been 9 months since I set this up and I feel like I am forgetting something simple. Is there something small I am forgetting that I need to do to get the main drive booting again?
