Want to upgrade to Sonoma but with SIP disable i cant manage app permissions

On my test machine i was able to install Sonoma and everything went well except the app permissions. I wasn't able to set up, for eg, WhatsApp mic and camera or discord mic. Is there any other way to set up permissions? Im using a Broadcom card with OCLP. If I reenable SIP i lost all the patches (or i`'m doing somthing wrong?).
