Can't get AMD 6600 to load

Hello everyone. It's been at least 10 years since I last built a hackintosh, so bear with me in the learning curve.

I've installed a boot USB on my machine to install Ventura.

My configuration is
Intel 13700k
ASUS Z790 TUF GAMING WIFI PLUS D4
64GB Ram
4x 1TB Samsung 970 and 980 ( I run Windows 11 also)
RM1200X PSU

I bought a Gigabyte 6600 gpu just for this and removed my main card I run on windows just for this testing.

Ventura is booting from the USB. I thought it was using the Mac OS...
