Can’t sign into Apple ID and Touchbar isn’t working MacBook

Hi friends I have a macbook pro 2016 15 inch (MacBookPro13,3) that I just installed Sonoma on and I have two issues first my touchbar is not lighting up and secondly I can't sign into my Apple ID everytime I trythe screen just resets and ask me to enter my email again and password again
